We are pleased to be working alongside our well established client who are seeking a experienced Repairs Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team.

Your Responsibilites:

Keep up strong communication with customers and keep them informed of progress start to finish.
Manage property related inspections and assemble written reports based on your findings.
Detect building defects and pin point suitable cost effective solultions.
Produce specifications and procure small building works and mange through to completion.

What you need:

Experience in diagnosing building defects.
HND in construction or building surveying. And/or relevant experience.
Experience of maintenance management and/or construction.
Knowledge of managing contracts within budgetary constraints management.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem solving skills to resolve issues and complains for our customers.
Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety legislation and its practical implementation Including CDM regulations.
