About the role:


As
an Operations Executive you will visit independent businesses across the UK with the aim securing new locations for either an
InPost parcel locker to be installed or for the business to become an
InPost partner.


Role Responsibilities:


  • To play an active part in the strategic direction of the
    InPost account and business
  • To continuously review and propose new ways of working for current processes and procedures
  • To ensure account activity briefs are produced, formatted and sent to the field
  • To compile visual aids and ensure they are accessible for the field team, and set up relevant in the field information.
  • Responsibility for maintaining and updating the asset information for the account, liasing with the field team and IT
  • Responsibility for ordering and collecting assets
  • Data recording and reporting, including daily and weekly reporting to support with KPI management
  • Financials, including credit card reconciliations, field expenses
  • Maintenance of the database within Pipedrive i.e. upload of the agreed initial call files plus any additional site lists
  • Database management with InPost (client) internal team in relation to postcode / individual site removal requests
  • Daily download of field input data from Pipedrive system
  • Land registry checks
  • Contract quality checks vs InPost required standards
  • Site Survey quality checks vs InPost required standards
  • Data input quality control checks in line with Client internal requirements
  • Forward enquiries to the relevant contact
  • Update and maintain the team attendance log, attendance breakdown and contact details spreadsheet (as appropriate)
  • General administration

Role Requirements:


  • You will be excited about representing a great brand, show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed.
  • IT literate, proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Good commercial awareness, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
