Senior Caseworker working on our vital IPS (Individual Placement and Support) project, whose focus is to support people who have been rough sleepers in the City of London in a positive and sustainable way into paid and sustainable employment and helping them meet the needs and expectations of their employers.

About this exciting opportunity


You will also organise the promotion of the project and coordinate the recruitment and engagement of participants, ensure that participants have a comprehensive initial assessment of employment and wider needs, and carry out direct work with participants.

This will include agreeing and regularly reviewing an action plan which addresses their employment and wider barriers.


What we are looking for**- Experience of successfully leading a team to deliver an integrated, Individual Placement and Support evidence-based supported employment service, Rapid job search, followed by tailored in-work support

  • The ability to assess the needs of vulnerable clients and provide clientled support
  • Experience of developing successful interagency work, particularly with a view to working successfully with referring agencies to support the needs of participants
  • A sound knowledge and awareness of the issues faced by our client group
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationshipbuilding and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A flexible, collaborative and professional approach to your work.
