BSNI have a fantastic opportunity for our manufacturing client based in Dungannon for production operatives to join their expanding team.

Hours of work + Rate of pay:

Monday-Thursday 7am-5.30pm
Friday 7am2pm

- £ increase when fully trained contract offered.

The role duties:

You will be required to work on the factory floor to assist team leads achieve daily production requirements.
Positions available throughout the factory floor including Press, Paint and Router areas.
Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements.
Always ensure good housekeeping standards.
Contribute towards achieving targets for the area: work order completion dates, productivity, HS & E, audit compliance etc.

The Person

Essential Requirements:

Good communication skills and work ethic.
Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team.
Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
Ability to understand English, both written and oral
Ability to follow work instructions

Desirable:

Experience working in a factory environment is advantageous
