£20,400 to £21,197 per annum pro rata


CSG / Estates Department

Part-time: 25 hours per week

Open-ended


An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, customer focussed individual to join the Estates Department as part time receptionist based at our Easter Bush Campus in Midlothian, EH25 9RG.


The Opportunity:

The working hours are Monday to Friday 13:00 to 18:00.

Covering 32 days annual leave for your colleague's alternative shift of 0800 to 13:00 is a requirement of the post.


The successful applicants will provide an efficient and friendly reception service dealing with phone calls and enquiries from visitors and staff.

A pro-active approach is essential, as is excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, while working as part of a team with flexibility and the ability to use your own initiative.
