The Opportunity;

We are delighted to be looking for a HR professional to join a growing and exciting manufacturing business based in Tyne and Wear as a HR Advisor.


  • This individual would report into the Group HR Lead and join a supportive team that is excited to have the support of an additional HR advisor.
  • This is a generalist opportunity where the individual can get involved in a range of HR processes including but not limited to: ER, recruitment, employee lifecycle and succession planning, training, development, upskilling and reporting.
  • There is also the opportunity to get involved with a variety of project work that is divided between the team to suit individual strengths and passions.

Package:

  • Salary DOE: £35,000
  • Onsite gym.
  • Onsite role with flexibility around working hours.

The Person;

  • Someone who has a real collaborative nature and thrives working in a supportive team and its flexible, resilient, and proactive.
  • An individual with solid generalist experience within a HR advisor or similar role.
  • Experience and confidence dealing with ER and advising on employment legislation.
  • Experience in endtoend recruitment and competencybased selection, delivering HR projects and employee engagement activities as well as experience working with data and HR systems.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
  • CIPD qualification desirable.
