The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the Planning department within Engineering.

You will be responsible for carrying out various planning and administrative tasks while working closely with Planning Engineers to ensure maintenance work is planned and work packages are created to maintain British Airways fleets compliance.


You will be working with stakeholders, suppliers and customers that tasks are monitored and actioned within a timely manner and the SAP is actioned and kept up to date.

As well as the day-to-day responsibilities, we would expect you to support or own project work as required. These projects will be varied, including process continuous improvement, maintenance plans for one-off tasks, or data manipulation.


We are looking for a team player with good communication skills and the ability to cope under pressure by prioritising tasks as required.

Key skills in data analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, accuracy and auditing skills with good computer literacy are a must.
