Trading Administrator

Preston Brook, Runcorn
We now have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Grey Trading Buyer based at Head Office in Runcorn.

Reporting to the Group Trading Manager, your overall responsibility will be to assist the Grey Trading Manager in the purchase and administration of pharmaceutical and surgical traded products.


You will be responsible for all the administrative functions whilst assisting in the maintenance of supplier accounts through oral and electronic communication.

You will be responsible for the placement of purchase orders alongside negotiation of such for selected accounts whilst ensuring that orders are received in depot in a timely and accurate manner whilst dealing with any associated queries.


Standard hours of work for this position are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, although we would consider reduced hours equating to 30 hours a week.
