Position:
Bookkeeper
Location:
Liverpool
Responsibilities:
- Ensure precision and currency of financial documentation.
- Manage Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger transactions.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
- Generate and deliver invoices to clients.
- Compile financial reports, comprising profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Aid in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support yearend tax preparations.
- Uphold adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bookkeeper experience
- Xero experience preferred
- Understanding of accounts payable and receivable procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Robust organizational abilities with adept task prioritization.
- Capacity to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.

- 8:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday
