The role
As a Customer Service Driver, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

You'll support the workshop and work in team environment who are responsible delivering and collecting vehicles that are being booked in for repair.


Day to day, you'll conduct vehicle checks when the vehicle comes to site and complete all paperwork, assist driving the vehicles to main site carpark and drive the vehicles to correct areas for repair, add vehicles on the system and transfer it out once the workshop has completed the work on it and complete any other admin work.


  • Report any faults found on vehicles
  • Complete transport tasks within the allocated time and standard hours
  • Complete tasks to the appropriate quality / output standard level
  • Maintain and update the information system

Essential experience of the Customer Service Driver:

  • Full UK driving license HGV C and E
  • Experience in a similar role eg. car hire
  • IT literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
This is a full time role based at our Leconfield site.
