Our Client are currently looking for aBodyshop Advisor to join their team based at their Edgware dealership.
You will have great customer service skills both over the phone and F2F, alongside having brilliant organisational and planning skills.
About the role ofBodyshop Advisor
- Meeting customers and estimate the full cost of the work and providing quotes in a timely manner
- Maintain & promote good working relationships with manufacturers & suppliers.
- Working with other centre areas (service, parts, warranty etc) and keeping all informed
- Collaborating with the repair team and keeping the customers informed
- Offer quotes for additional damage on the vehicle
- Process and record warranty claim's as per manufacturer's requirements
- Control and ensure maximum usage of courtesy cars, ensuring the customer is insured on a fully comprehensive policy

Our client is a leading car automotive dealership in the UK specialising in Japanese brands, they currently employ over 500 people across 11 retail dealerships and are looking to expand even further.

£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
