Robertson Bell are delighted to be recruiting an Interim Sales Ledger Officer (Rent) for this well-respected, housing focused charity on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility to be taken on permanently.

Responsibilities include:

Handling recharges, monitoring housing benefit and preparing tenant statements
Ensuring that aged debt is collected in a timely manner and any associated queries are accurately dealt with
Allocating cash to correct accounts

Offering fully remote working, this role provides an excellent opportunity to join a worthwhile charity and utilise your experience in rent/charity accounting.

Have prior experience in a similar Accounts Receivable/Credit Control role
Have experience from within either the Social Housing or Charity sector
Hold a foundation accounting qualification or be studying towards a CCAB qualification
Be available at short notice
Be proactive and have good attention to detail
