Senior Backend Developer - Wilmslow, Cheshire - £70,000
Hybrid working

Located in South Manchester, our client one of the world's most advanced real-time, 3D creation engines, to create the next generation social and gamification platform.

By leveraging this technology, they have created stunning visuals and a truly interactiveand immersive user experience.
Due to incredible demand and growth, they are scaling up and looking to take on a Senior Backend Developer

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating with other developers on a team to plan and implement features and functions
Using C# to create, maintain and improve APIs
Write tests using a Test Driven Development (TDD) approach
Communicating with stakeholders and other teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other members of the development team

You will have:

A proven experience in creating and deploying an API (With.

NET, C# and Azure/AWS)

Experience with using SQL and/or NoSQL, and has experience using database management systems, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
Experience with writing unit and integration tests. TDD/BDD
Writing clean, efficient code to improve the performance of the backend and optimise it for speed and efficiency

Benefits:

Salary: up to £70,000 DOE
Hybrid working

- minimum 1 day in the office per week
