Service Manager / Registered Fostering Manager

Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Up to £61,600 pa
A Therapeutic, Not-for-Profit Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Service Manager/Registered Fostering Manager for their well-established service in South Benfleet, Essex


They are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Fostering Service Manager who will inspire and lead a team of dedicated, skilled staff and carers who are passionate about providing children and young people with the opportunity to flourishand fulfil their true potential.


The person appointed will be the Ofsted Registered Manager and will be accountable for the service meeting all regulatory requirements and leading in their ambition to move from a GOOD to OUTSTANDING Ofsted judgement for this Fostering Service.

Requirements:


  • Social Work England Registered
  • Previous Experience as a Team Manager within a Fostering Service
