We now have an internal vacancy for a supervisor position, who will support the Contract Auditor team.

Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience:

Supervisory experience, which includes placement, work direction, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of information systems including Microsoft office.
Knowledge of products and services offered within the contract team.

What would make you stand out?

Degree in Business/Management and/or accounting/finance discipline or equivalent.
Fluency in a foreign language.
Experience with process automation (RPA).
Collections or customer service experience.

Major Purpose:

Supervises a combination of support personnel and related office functions such as data entry, gathering data, preparing reports, auditing, product service activities, customer service etc.

Major Duties:

Supervises and develops a combination of support personnel and related office functions.
Initiates and communicates a variety of personnel actions such as employment, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling and/or approving overtime.
Monitors and analyzes department metrics, data, reports or specific department's activity.
Develops associates on functional responsibilities, systems or business programs.
Responds to and resolves more complex issues.
Participates in the development of policy, procedural and process changes.
