What to expect:

As a People Services Team Leader, you will join us on our journey to drive a self-serve culture.


Working as part of the people support service team, you will report to the People Transactional Services Manager and lead a team of Customer Service Coordinators who are responsible for providing an efficient and effective first-line support for people queries, requests and issues from colleagues.


In addition, you will ensure effective resource planning to maximise the potential and productivity of resources and provide data analytics showcases trends and offering solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate sound knowledge, and experience of, operating within complex people policies and procedures


In addition, you will:

  • Possess experience of driving a strong customer service culture with a focus on continuous improvement and incident management
  • Showcase your ability to coach and develop others through previous team leading experience.
  • Demonstrate data analysis and insights skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
  • Showcase a customer focussed approach with a desire to provide a firstclass service.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Demonstrate a cando attitude and proactively seeks solutions to problems.
