Fin Search are recruiting a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis for a high performing, highly profitable business in Leeds.
As Payroll Manager, this role will be responsible for the management of the processing of all UK payroll to ensure an accurate and timely payroll run for all UK employees whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and statutory requirements.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, oversee compliance with statutory reporting requirements, preparing and reviewing payroll reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end reports, reviewing and improving payroll policies and procedureswhere required, monitoring the accurate processing of all stages in the employee cycle and interpreting current and new HMRC and Employment Law legislation to include gender pay and P11D for example.
The payroll department will be going live with SAP in February 2023 and ideally need a professional with either SAP experience or who has led alarge ERP system roll out in payroll.
The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.- Be a strong payroll manager with staff management experience
- Have used SAP previously
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be confident when liaising with colleagues at all levels
