Whether you are currently working as a
Senior Structural Engineeror are an experienced Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in your career, this is a great opportunity that will allow you to expand your industry knowledge and skillset.

In this role, you'll be working for a successful, growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that has been established for over 50 years.

With almost 30 members in the team, split evenly across civils and structures, you'll be joining a collaborativeteam that works in tandem on projects across multiple sectors.

As mentioned above, if you are pursuing Chartered status, this consultancy will be able to provide the vital support and guidance required to progress through this process, achieving the core objectives relatively quickly.

Responsibilities/Requirements - Senior Structural Engineer

  • Clientfacing role be confident when communicating with clients and other stakeholders such as contractors.
  • You will be working on a large scope of projects and have the responsibility of delivering from inception and feasibility, through to construction on site.
  • You will have strong knowledge of structural design and structural analysis software.
  • Experience working with and designing with a variety of building materials; concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.
  • Ability to work and analyse in both 2D & 3D.
  • Be capable of reviewing designs produced by other members of staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior members of staff, alongside leading small teams on certain projects.
