We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary basis. The role is to start on Tuesday, 05th September 2023. Working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm and the hourly rate is £11.00p/h.


The dates we need cover are:

  • Tuesday, 05th Sept Friday, 08th September 2023 (with more dates to follow)

Receptionist duties will include:


  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Going the extra mile to ensure all visitors are well looked after
  • Providing refreshments for visitors
  • Answering telephones
  • Directing Calls
  • Looking after the reception area to ensure that it is kept clean and tidy and at all times

The ideal Receptionist will have:


  • Ideally previous experience of working in the same or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and professional
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptionally well presented
  • A 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 1 week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
