Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced ECO Fitters to join a team or start as an existing team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing internal wall insulation, Loft insulation and Room in roof insulation. This is a role that requires knowlede of the ECO industry for experienced boarders and Plasterers.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings
Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

Previous experience as a Fitter in Eco or in a similar role
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong leadership and supervisory skills are desirable
Good communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
