Description

Customer Services Executive - Necton, Norfolk - up to 26,000 per annum

  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a customercentric attitude in all interactions with customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all customer service activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.
  • Handle the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide information to customers regarding the company's services, including pricing, available options, and service terms.
  • Update customer information and ensure data accuracy in the customer database and CRM.
  • Work with other departments and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year customer service experience (in similar field/industry desirable) GCSE English, Maths Grade C (or equivalent) minimum.


Rewards:

£23k-£26k basic DOE - up to £4000 quarterly bonus available.
