Your Legal Secretaries has partnered with a very busy legal practice in Banbridge who seek to employ an Administration Assistant/Receptionist.
Duties of the role:
- To be responsible for the reception area.
- To answer phone calls and assist clients who attend the office.
- To answer queries where possible by using the firm's own systems.
- Setting up and arranging meetings.
- To assist other members of staff as and when required to do so.
Previous experience in a legal firm is desirable but not essential to this role.
