Salary:
£35,000-50,000 base DOE
+ double OTE + accelerators for over achievement


Requirements: 1-2 years' experience of 360 sales cycle in a SaaS business or 2 + years 360 recruitment experience


Location:
Fully remote

Our client is a scaling RecTech with a revolutionary concept; gamifying performance for sales teams. As the economy becomes slightly uncertain, business owners are focusing on how to increase revenue and reduce costs. This product allows transparency forbusiness owners and makes KPIs less tedious. The platform integrates with most CRMs and all of the data updates on the platform in real time.


Having secured their series A funding, they are gearing up for their second funding round where they plan on further scaling the sales team and improving the product functions.

They currently have over 250 customers, and over 4,000 users are on the platform. They will be continuing to expand their client base in the UK and overseas.

The Role:


  • Hit your revenue quota
  • Prospect new accounts to create opportunities for yourself
  • Manage opportunities from demo to negotiation to closing, both selfsourced and provided from marketing/SDRs
  • Drive high engagement & demonstrate value realisation & ROI
  • Be a company and brand advocate
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product as you receive feedback from prospects
