An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a PALS/Complaints Officer to assist a reputable public sector organisation in based in Birmingham.
This role is to facilitate the processing of complaints received.- Coordinating complaints investigations and responses in line with the Patient Relations Policy and Procedures, underpinned by national legislation
- Interrogating systems and records as required to support investigations
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate complaints information on the complaints database (Datix Web)
- Organising and attending complaints local resolution meetings as required
- Providing information including reports on complaints where required
- Generating agenda complaints to help prevent reoccurrence
- Managing workload to meet key performance indicators
- Guide complainants and supporting them through the process
