Do you want to work as a Trainee Education Consultant for Tradewind, the market leading education agency?

We are currently looking for a Primary Teacher with sales experience to join our highly motivated and experienced Primary Teacher teamas a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT.

Working hours for the role are 07:00 - 17:30 (weekdays) term time, with an allowance of 35 days annual leave excluding bank holidays.

You will be an excellent team player with the enthusiasm, commitment and drive required to quickly learn new information and skills, also develop strong working relationships in a fast paced, target driven environment.

On day one, you will be enrolled into the IMPACT Academy, a carefully curated training program which offers a blend of on the job and group training sessions, provided by some of the most successful education recruiters in the industry.

You'll be supported every step of the way, by your team, your manager and a personal mentor.

Your main functions in year one will include:
Producing professional CV profiles to be used in client marketing

Achievement of weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager
