Description
We are looking to recruit a highly service focused Desktop Support Engineer for the resolution of customer PC related Incidents, requests or changes as per the established Service Level Agreements


Key requirements:
Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents

Perform IMAC

Hardware and software maintenance and support

Coordinate with Break or Fix vendor for hardware repair

Have a good understanding of the IT Processes and Procedures

Assist and work closely with SSO on IT security issue and virus eradication effort


Key skills:
Experience on an IT Service Desk a plus

Knowledge and experience in the use of Ticketing systems preferred

Experience working within an IT customer service focused environment

Minimum 2 years on-site support experience supporting multiple operating systems

In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software support

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software incidents
