Staff Co-ordinator, Wimbledon (6 month FTC)
Hours: 8am-2:30pm


Annual Salary:
£25,000


Location:
Wimbledon (SW19)

Contract Length: 6 months but potential to go full-time

Best suited to:

Someone who has organised staff shifts & rotas - examples of applicable industry experience could be construction, warehouse, hospitality or retail but open to all backgrounds.


Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning and Scheduling

  • Work collaboratively with operation manager to ensure you have a full understanding of the workforce requirements
  • Ensure all project information is communicated correctly when booking staff
  • Manage staff database ensuring all personal information is kept up to date
  • Plan resources in advance to ensure optimum staffing levels to support business demands
  • Approve all workforce hours daily
  • Collate feedback on workforce performance
  • Maintain an overall knowledge of the staff skill sets such as plant licenses
  • Monitor and review staff performance feedback and address any staff that are falling short of expected standards

Recruitment

  • Support recruitment process including conduct interviews, issue uniform and complete onboarding process.
  • Ensure all new starters complete the MUTA structure safe induction training

  • Experience using Deputy or a similar workforce scheduling system
