This post has responsibility for leading a team of SLTs providing domiciliary and outpatient care to patients in the Borough of Brent.

The post holder will be an autonomous practitioner providing highly specialist speech and language therapy services to a community caseload of clients with complex needs.

A significant proportion of these clients will have English as an additional language (EAL). They will be expected to manage their own caseload, providing second opinions and specialist advice working within professional standards.

To support with the management of patients with dysphagia they will have access to VFS/FEES if required. Please refer to the attached job description for full list ofresponsibilities.
