Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently looking for a Corporate Supervisor to join a well-established Financial Services company based in Bromsgrove.

This would suit an experienced Financial Planner / Paraplanner with knowledge of technical group protection products.

Responsibilities:

Preparing complex financial planning reports, within set SLAs, in multiple financial planning areas
Line management of all members of the team
Prepare developmental strategies to improve engagement of advisers with the Corporate Team
Dealing with any staffing or workflow issues/requirements within the team and identifying any training needs
Ensure our ongoing services are completed efficiently and accurately across our workplace pension and group protection clients to include support in the preparation and production of the biannual newsletters
Participating in and delivering comprehensive financial research
Experience in an IFA / Wealth Management environment
Advanced and detailed understanding of automatic enrolment legislation with a strong understanding of group protection products group life, group income protection and group private medical insurance
Excellent communicator both written and verbally
Ideally experience in a senior level role or managing / leading a team
Must be a driver due to the location
