£30,628 per annum including shift allowance, permanent, days and nights, Sheffield, 32 days holiday, private healthcare, generous pension, life assurance, gym membership, easily accessible via public transport.

Due to a strong period of growth for a multi award winning manufacturing company in Sheffield, we have an opportunity for an Inspector to join their team.

Based at their modern UK Head office site this role is commutable from both Sheffield and Rotherham and accessible via public transport.

Reporting to the Quality Manager your duties will include:

Identifying and escalating non
- conformities in line with company procedure.
Using measuring equipment such as calipers, force gauges and micrometres.
Reviewing engineering drawings and product specifications as required.
Recording and reporting inspection data throughout the manufacturing process.

The successful Inspector will ideally:

Have experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Possess excellent IT verbal and written communication skills.
Have a sound understanding of Injection Moulding and assembly processes.
Be familiar with ISO quality management systems.

This role would suit someone currently working as Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, CMM Operative, Visual Inspector or Quality Inspector or Technician within a Manufacturing, Injection Moulding, Casting, Engineering or Production environment
