Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Attendant to join our team.
As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facility.
This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide information and answer questions about our products or services
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
- Educate customers on the proper use of equipment or facilities
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
