Retail Maintenance Assistant - Cambridgeshire

Part-Time hours per week, to be worked 3 days over 5 working days

Permanent Contract

Salary £21,597 pro rata, per annum + mileage reimbursement

It is essential that you hold a full driving license and have your own vehicle

Are you:


  • An enthusiastic person with a background in building maintenance?

Do you have:


  • A proven ability to work on your own initiative?
  • Experience as a time served tradesperson i.e. carpenter, electrician
  • Excellent IT skills and an interest in maintenance

Responsibilities include:


  • Carrying out minor plumbing repairs, carpentry, building work and general maintenance
  • Administrative record keeping
  • Sharing knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Assisting with property inspections and contractor management

The role:


  • Reports directly to the Facilities Sites Manager
  • Travels around Cambridgeshire and East Anglia providing support to EACH's Retail Estate
