County Hall, Oxford

Essential Criteria

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Local Authorities and its administrative processes.
Well organised with the aptitude and ability to support project planning with an understanding of the concepts of scope, risks, issues and assumptions.
Experience of using Microsoft Office Packages.
Good time management and organisation skills.

Desirable Criteria

Project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, APMP)
