Our Placements and Brokerage service supports Adult Social Care by securing high quality, cost-effective and timely placements, and packages of care for older people, adults with disabilities and young adults in the transitions service.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is ambitious and innovative to join our data reconciliation team.

Do you have an eye for detail and a determination to fact find and resolve queries?

About You
As a data reconciliation officer you will be responsible for managing your own workload and set priorities. You will ensure that your allocated workload for reconciliations with our care providers are made with the agreed schedules.

You will be empathetic to different situations when difficult circumstances and conversations arise.

As a problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude, you will be resilient and able to adapt to the evolving situations within our service area.

You will need to be dynamic, solutions-focused and a strong relationship builder.

We are looking for someone who can operate in a fast-paced work environment, work under pressure and has proficient IT skills.

You will possess the ability to establish strong and proactive relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including social care operations teams and other operational staff.

You will have working knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the Care Act and an understanding of the regulatory powers and functions of the CQC in respect of providers.
