With our wealth of knowledge and experience in the transport, distribution and shipping sector. We have been transporting perishable foodstuffs such as fruit, vegetables, and meat for over 40 years.

Lurgan site are now recruiting for a Pod Administrator on a full time basis.


Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000 Per annum

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00


Job Description:

The purpose of a Pod Administrator is to provide Purchase Order Delivery administration to Client Support Services. Split down, validate and confirm in an accurate timely manner all PODs across the Culina Chilled Network.

Key Duties of a Pod Administrator:

  • Processing POD's, checking all incidents have been reported and that the paperwork is actioned accurately.
  • Ensuring POD's are stored and filled correctly making them available to customers.
  • Dealing with customer queries in accordance
  • General administrative duties
  • Filing of vehicle check sheets

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • High attention to detail and effective planning and organising skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Adaptable and methodical approach to work
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
  • Consumer oriented and customerservice driven
