The Role:


The role of Personal Assistant is critical to delivering the long-term strategy of our client - to build sustainable & profitable growth, to be a great company to do business with and to be a great place to work.

The role will support the Managing Partners with the co-ordination of business-critical activities, projects and the management of compliance, training and competence audits to enable them to deliver new business and customer retention targets in a compliant and sustainable fashion.


Responsibilities:


  • To manage the Partner's diaries for meetings, fielding calls and responding to queries on their behalf, managing issues as they arise to ensure they are able to drive the business and inspire agency growth
  • To manage and conduct independent and thorough training and competence audits across the agency to ensure the business operates in a way that is compliant, ensuring breaches are reported and actioned and complaints are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Oversee and manage the effective delivery of administrative performance across the Agency by developing positive and collaborative relationships with team members from all areas of the business
  • To act as a point of contact for the Partners, external clients and customers to ensure projects, tasks and information are delivered on time and to a high standard in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To develop strong relationships with key customers to ensure they have an excellent experience and renew their policy portfolio year on year
  • To ensure the agency is fully prepared for Annual Reviews, monthly audits and that recommendations are actioned, and the team are fully aware of the standards they need to work to
  • Administer all customer instructions, renewal documentation and business correspondence in line with compliance standards
  • The management of operational HR issues and tasks including the management of holidays and absence recording across the agency

The Person:


  • To have experience of successful delivery of projects and tasks within an officebased environment.
  • To have an understanding of working with compliance standards within a regulatory environment.
  • To have a track record of working closely with senior executives/business owners to ensure business priorities are delivered on time and accurately.
  • To have demonstrable experience of working in a customer facing environment, delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Have a track record of building strong and longterm relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • To be able to display high levels of integrity and trust in everything they do.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • To have a good working knowledge of the financial services sector.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
