Time Appointments are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading local business who is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional Logistics/Purchase Order Co-ordinator to join their successful, team orientated sales department.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Preparing quotations
  • Invoicing
  • Processing sales/purchase orders
  • Warehouse and haulage contractors to organise deliveries
  • Direct liaison with suppliers
  • Schedule and organising deliveries


To be considered for this excellent opportunity, applicants must possess extensive experience of processing purchase orders, and a solid work history which will have been gained from within a sales support capacity or preferably from a logistics/transportenvironment.

You will need to be customer focused and have a proactive nature when meeting the needs and expectations of customers.
