A great opportunity to be part of one of the largest parcel delivery networks in the UK to join their highly skilled Salesforce team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as second line support to a large and growing user base
  • Utilise declarative functionality (workflows and approvals, assignment rules, formula fields, custom fields, record types and page layouts, plugins from the AppExchange) to implement system enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the company.
  • Work with 3rd party and internal development teams to implement custom/bespoke functionality
Skills & Qualifications

  • ADMIN 201 Certification
  • Salesforce Configuration skills
  • Experience with Pardot or Tableau
