Minimum hourly Rate:
£13.40 per day

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 3pm (full day)

Join our primary school in Hackney who is currently seeking a meticulous and efficient School Administrator to become an integral part of our team.

This role is full-time and temporary, Monday to Friday, on-site, until the culmination of the academic year in July.

Responsibilities:

Aid in the financial administration of the school, which involves processing invoices and overseeing petty cash.
Collaborate with other educational institutions and bodies as necessary.
Ensure all school policies and procedures are current and accessible to staff and parents.
Offer general administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar administrative capacity, ideally within an educational environment.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with databases and record management systems like SIMS.
Possess an enhanced DBS check.
Capability to excel under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proactive problemsolving skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
Dedication to fostering an inclusive and hospitable environment for all staff, students, and parents.
