Description

Doing Amazing Things Together We're all about possibilities. Are you?**Can you hit a strike at bowling? Or is badminton your thing? Do you love to play board games? Or enjoy a good swim?

And are you creative. Thoughtful and creative.

Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It's their life, their way.

We are looking for someone to join our team supporting one young man who lives in Inverurie. We are looking for a friendly, adaptable person who enjoys walking, swimming and playing games.

You will be working in his home, so it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested. Family is really important, with regular outings and positive contributions from family members as part of his routine. Experience with supporting people with Autism would be beneficial.

You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week and some weekend.

For this role we need you to be a driver as our gentleman has his own car and likes to make the most of his activity time.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

Why Join Us? What will we do?**We provide a package of benefits that make it that bit easier to be your best and we

can also support you to achieve a diploma in Health and Social Care and pursue a career that takes on more responsibility.

What will you do?
Supporting people is really important but it's not all bowling and swimming. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe, well and happy

We're committed to being Disability Confident and we guarantee to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.
