Job Summary As a Senior Executive Recruitment Partner and Team Manager of the Professional Services team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team and ownership of running a recruitment desk.
You will report directly to the Director of Professional Services and HR, and have direct line management responsibilities initially for a small team Recruitment Partners.
Duties will include:
Leadership:
- Set team objectives to help them with their future success
- Coach and develop team members to meet their annual / monthly goals
- Leading by example and supervising on visits / registrations where requiredSupport team to grow their network/ workforce
Management:
- Ensure the Professional Services team is being run both safely and ethically
- Attend monthly Hoop management meetings
- Accountable for monitoring the team monthly GP and ensuring targets are met
- Owning and planning morning catch ups with consultants
- Preparing, booking, planning and chairing team meetings including Monday morning and Friday afternoon PPB
- Updating figures spreadsheet and reporting GP to Director of PS or Head of Operations
- Verification of compliance for new starters on the team
- Handling complaints/incidents and escalate noncompliance where appropriate
- Working with the HR and Talent Manager and your direct line manager on any HR issues and escalate these accordingly
- Work with Director of PS and HR and HR and Talent Manager to support any team members through a Performance Support plan if required
- Update any people issues on People HR
Recruitment:
- Generate a desk plan and use this is a basis for growing your desk
- Identify and win new business opportunities through lead generation and business development
- Maximise business opportunities through networking and events
- Work to achieve given target GP per month
- Ensure outstanding customer service at all times which aligns with Hoop Values
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a Senior role within Recruitment
- Proven understanding of recruitment within the professional services sector
- Passionate about recruitment and committed to the process
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and senior leadership both externally and internally
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and tenacity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks in line with business needs
- Outstanding customer service
