Estate Agent Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Offered with an impressive commission structure with 5% personal sales commission plus 5% personal listing commission. Plus 5% of total commission generated in the first year by landlords fees payable for all new instructions which are successfully letout. In addition, a further 5% of total commission generated in the first year by landlords fees payable for each individual property that a viewing is carried out and let.

To generate viewing appointments for Lettings and Sales department - Half day in each department or who requires you more.

Registering all enquiries
Carry out viewings if and when required.
Administration duties to include properties to be added to the Software System. Jupix
Arranging window display
Scanning
Answering phone and putting through to correct department if required

Responsibilities:

Register every new enquiry onto Jupix noting their details and booking in viewings if required
Identify opportunities in those calls potential landlord or vendor
Phone out new instructions within 24 hours to tenants
Typing up property details for sales and lettings on Jupix Software
Change window with property details
Conduct viewings if required
Update Jupix with notes about every conversation
Clear diary actions every day with no carry over
Organise keys for contractors if required

Organising touting letters to landlords and potential vendors
Prepare quarterly magazine to be prepared on system for printing
Organising leaflets for sold / let in street

Ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
Achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
To be familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation.
Project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.

Remuneration:

Monday to Saturday
One day off in the week. Hours pm, Saturday pm. Basic salary to £25,000 plus £125 per month car allowance (£1,500) On target earnings of £30,000.
