Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician


Location:
Manchester, United Kingdom


Salary:
£27,000 per year


Key responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and more
  • Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher levels of support as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process by identifying and suggesting process improvements

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 12 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think logically and analytically
  • Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems
  • A passion for helping customers and providing excellent customer service
