  • Excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing business.

About Our Client:

Located in Berkhamsted, the company prides itself on providing innovative solutions and maintaining a strong commitment to quality in its products and services.


  • Assisting with monthly payroll and maintaining records
  • Processing invoices and following up with clients, suppliers and partners
  • Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts
  • Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate
  • Preparation of statutory accounts
  • Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance team with project work as required

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
  • An understanding of data privacy standards
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team
