We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a Global company based in Watford.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Please note, this is a hybrid working opportunity so you must be able to get to Watford.

Main duties to include:

Processing customer orders
Checking stock availability
Following up on deliveries and investigating into misseddeliveries
Running daily stock and delivery reports
Managing a shared inbox
Liaising with couriers around deliveries
Getting involved with customer service projects
Strong administration skills
Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
High attention to detail
Able to commute to Watford
