The company offer a generous benefits package including 30 days of annual leave + bank holidays, an annual bonus, private healthcare, and other financial allowances.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Please note, this is a hybrid working opportunity so you must be able to get to Watford.
Main duties to include:
- Processing customer orders
- Checking stock availability
- Following up on deliveries and investigating into misseddeliveries
- Running daily stock and delivery reports
- Managing a shared inbox
- Liaising with couriers around deliveries
- Getting involved with customer service projects
- Strong administration skills
- Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Able to commute to Watford
Think Specialist Recruitment is an independent support staff recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead and working across the Herts, Beds and Bucks area.
We specialise in permanent, temporary and contract recruitment with areas of expertise including administration, customer service/call centre, PA/secretarial, human resources, accountancy and finance, sales admin/sales support, marketing and IT Helpdesk/IT support.

£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
