Job Overview
We are actively looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our skilled team.

You will be responsible for providing quality child care, promoting development, and catering to children's needs in a safe and nurturing environment.

You will also contribute to planning and implementing engaging learning activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Main Duties

Lasting care and supervision for the children under your charge
Plan, organize, and conduct engaging educational activities that offer children a chance to develop their skills
Evaluate children's performance to ensure they are on the right development track
Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
Develop a positive relationship with parents and provide them with feedback on their child's day and development

This list is non-exhaustive; other duties may be added as needed.

Who we're looking for

An individual with a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare who is nurturing, approachable, and has a real passion for early years education.

Excellent communication skills are essential, and it's important that you work well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.

Requirements:

A Level 3 or above childcare qualification endorsed by the Department of Education
Experience working with children aged 05 years
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team and with parents
First Aid Certificate is a plus
