Job Overview
We are actively looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our skilled team.

You will be responsible for providing quality child care, promoting development, and catering to children's needs in a safe and nurturing environment.

You will also contribute to planning and implementing engaging learning activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Main Duties

  • Lasting care and supervision for the children under your charge
  • Plan, organize, and conduct engaging educational activities that offer children a chance to develop their skills
  • Evaluate children's performance to ensure they are on the right development track
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
  • Develop a positive relationship with parents and provide them with feedback on their child's day and development

Who we're looking for


An individual with a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare who is nurturing, approachable, and has a real passion for early years education.

Excellent communication skills are essential, and it's important that you work well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.


Requirements:


  • A Level 3 or above childcare qualification endorsed by the Department of Education
  • Experience working with children aged 05 years
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and with parents
  • First Aid Certificate is a plus
