As a Broker Customer Support & Administrator, you will report to Account Manager and be a key point of contact for our established customers who come through our Broker network.
Your passion for excellent customer service will shine as you provide vibrant assistance, building and nurturing relationships with customers across various communication platforms.
You will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch service while upholding NWH's reputation as a leader in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vibrant assistance to new and established customers, utilising multiple communication platforms.
Proactively manage high volumes of calls and orders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Skilfully handle and analyse invoice queries to resolve issues promptly.
Accurately create, record, and schedule orders and services using our bespoke IT systems.
Act as a passionate promoter of the company's services, supporting the Sales function of our broker network.
Represent the NWH Group as an ambassador, embodying our values in all interactions.
You will possess:
- Impeccable telephone manner, ensuring effective communication with customers.
Admirable team player with exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail, guaranteeing accuracy in all interactions.
Master of self-motivation and ability to take initiative to address challenges.
Distinguished knowledge and experience of all Microsoft packages.
