Company ProfileWe are Click London, a property marketing company based in Hammersmith. We specialise in photographing properties around Central and South West London.
We are now seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join the team in our hardworking, yet relaxed environment.
The company is owner-managed which ensures we go that extra mile to maintain a caring, long term relationship with our customers.
We understand that we are, in many ways, an extension of our client's business and therefore we strive to be personable, courteous and professional when interacting with our clients.
This role will see you taking on significant responsibilities, offering a fantastic opportunity for development, and to work independently.You will be working closely with the Director and Office Manager, maintaining the internal database, taking bookings, helping to grow the business and generally getting stuck in.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining the internal CRM system and keeping it up to date
- Managing bookings and assigning jobs to photographers to ensure their days run smoothly.
- Distributing content to our clients
- Floor plans, EPC's and 3D tours
- General Administrative tasks
- Payroll, expenses
- Collating sales statistics for company distribution
- Handling all incoming phone calls
- Invoicing our clients
- General PA assistance to the Director when required.

Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
