Orka Financial is currently partnering with a global business based in Reading that is looking to recruit a Head of FP&A to join their team.

This is a senior role in the business being a No2 to the Group Finance Director and will be seen as a successor intime.

The role has responsibility for a small team owning the annual planning, forecasting and reporting for the group.

The role will focus on business performance and will partner closely with the business to drive growth, gain insight, challenge when necessaryto improve business performance.

Duties will include,
Owning the planning process, budgeting, forecasting and working with teams on performance
Delivering reporting to the business, providing commentary and trends on business performance
Working closely with teams to develop an effective working relationship and support/challenge when necessary
Identify and support the development of improvement opportunities across the business
Involvement in FP&A projects when necessary
This role requires a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with proven experience in a global FP&A function. You will have a track record of developing/building strong working relationships and contributing to improving performance.
A salary of £100,000-£110,000 is on offer plus bonus and benefits.
