Description

Due to expansion Bailprint Labels are looking for a Factory Assistant to assist the Printers in producing quality labels for our customers.

Main duties:
Mounting of plates ready for production

Ensuring that the correct paper and ink is ready for the printers to use

Mixing ink

Booking ink in and out

Assisting with press change overs

Cleaning and correct filing of printing plates and cutters

Carrying out and completing the cleaning schedule

Keeping the factory clean, safe and tidy

Disposing of waste

Experience:

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment

FLT license would be an advantage

Hours

Alternating shifts

Week 1:
Monday - Thursday 6am -2pm, Friday 6am-12.

Week 2:
Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm, Friday 1- 6pm

Rate of pay:
£11.16 per hour including shift premium
